Transition To A Mindful Life (Private Session)
In this 60-minute video session, I will help you plan a diet rich in nutrients and antioxidants that allow your body to heal. You will leave the session feeling eager to begin eating less processed food so you can have less discomfort. By the end of our session, you’ll feel hopeful about a plan that gives you more energy to live a happy, fulfilling life.

Having educational handouts will help educate yourself in foods that will help you instead of harm you. You’ll have the ability to figure out your meals and having this two-week kick start will genuinely help you achieve your goals.
Transition To A Mindful Life (Follow-up session)
Two weeks after our 60 minute session we’ll check in to see how you are doing with your new lifestyle changes. We will adjust your plan as needed for your success to come first. You’ll leave the session feeling full of energy and happiness that will continue to improve.
