Get Glowing Skin Every Morning

You are what you eat, right? Well, when it comes to breakfast, I like my smoothies full of nutrients and vitamins but also delicious! We are all busy and don’t always have time for breakfast but setting aside a few minute to throw everything into your blender will really help your body to stay energized and healthy. These 3 smoothies I rounded up truly make an impact on how your skin looks and feels! No matter what, if you are eating these high nutritious foods, you will begin to notice a difference in your skin!

I challenge you to pick on this week to try! Which one will you choose?

1. Peanut Butter + Jelly Smoothie

2. Cinnamon Chocolate Maca Madness

The 3 major components that truly help your skin in this smoothie are blueberries, flax seeds, and banana. Consuming fresh fruits and vegetables keep your skin hydrated and feeling softer! Berries also help contribute to anti-aging and wrinkles which I know everyone loves to hear.

Getting that dark chocolate into your diet not only tastes great but gives your skin added benefits. Cacao beans are rich in antioxidants called flavanols, which may plump and hydrate skin, protect it from UV damage, and boost circulation for a healthy glow. Remember purchasing raw cacao instead of alkaline cocoa powder will give increased benefits as well!

3. Baby Face Smoothie

I have to be in the mood for loads of citrus but this smoothie has a perfect creaminess that I crave early in the morning. It is loaded with oranges and sweet potato that gives your skin an added boost of collagen protection. Vitamin C is important for cell regeneration and keeps your skin glowing! I love this for a nice warm day or when you are feeling under the weather.

I love all 3 but definitely pull more towards the Peanut Butter + Jelly option.. There is just something about the classic sandwich that excites me! Leave in the comments which healthy smoothie you will make this week!
