Who is ready for this super cozy smoothie?!
I have been getting inspired by the cocktail menus at restaurants and thought wow, cardamom-pear would be a killer smoothie! I went for it. With only taking 15 minutes max to blend all up, it’s a no-brainer to make.. like tomorrow.
No added sugar alert!!! There is plenty of natural energy in this recipe that will make you feel amazing all day. Tip: make sure your bananas are ripe before blending.

Green Pear Cardamom Smoothie
The earthy cardamom gives an intense flavor never tasted for breakfast but totally works. Give this a try to pep up your winter blues! Plus this recipe has no added sugar giving you plenty of natural energy to last you all morning!
- 1 Banana (cut + frozen for best results)
- 1 Green Pear
- 1 Handful Kale
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Cardamom
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
- 1 cup Almondmilk
- 1 tsp Matcha (optional)
- 1 handful ice (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a high-power blender and blend all up!
- Garnish with anything you would like but we recommend using coconut flakes
